Logging in to the Inaccess Insite Support Portal

First time login

Customers should follow these steps when logging into the new Inaccess Insite Support Portal for the first time:

  1. Visit the Login page

  2. Click on the Forgot your password? link

  3. On the Forgot password screen, enter your email address

  4. Click Reset my password

    1. If the error message, “You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator” appears, send an email to insite-support@inaccess.com with the subject line Inaccess Insite Support Portal Login Issue and await further instructions:

    2. If there are no error messages, customers can proceed to the next step.

  5. Check your email and follow the password reset instructions provided:

  6. Enter and confirm a new password

  7. Finally, click Update & Log in:

Subsequent logins

After successfully resetting their passwords, customers can simply enter their credentials directly in the Login page to access the Inaccess Insite Support Portal.
