Follow these steps when logging into the new Unity SCADA-EMS for Telecom Support Portal for the first time:
Visit the Login page
Click on the Forgot your password? link
On the Forgot password screen, enter your email address
Click Reset my password
Check your email and follow the password reset instructions provided:
Enter and confirm a new password
Finally, click Update & Log in:
After resetting your password, enter your credentials directly in the Login page to access the Unity SCADA-EMS for Telecom Support Portal.
