Submitting Tickets via the Unity SCADA-EMS for Telecom Support Portal

To submit a ticket via the Unity SCADA-EMS for Telecom Support Portal, users should: 

  1. Click on the Login link on the upper right corner from anywhere in the Support Portal: 

  2. Enter your credentials and click Login

  3. Once you're logged in, you can Submit a Ticket using the top navigation or the action card to launch the Submit a ticket page: 

  4. In the new form, the Requester field is pre-filled. Click Add CC to access a multiselect list of contacts from the same organization to CC people on the Support ticket. 

  5. Fill in the following fields:

    1. Type* specify the ticket type:

      • Issue - to report a bug or issue

      • Request - for assistance with account management, updates, etc.

      • Feature Request - to suggest an enhancement.

    2. Subject* - fill as accurately and as succinctly possible

    3. Description* - describe the issue or request as accurately as possible. Users have access to formatting tools such as text color and highlights. They may also add code snippets, images or links.

    4. Attachment - click on the link to provide additional screenshots or files that can help with ticket handling. ALL file types are accepted

  6. Once the form is complete, click Submit
